Privacy

Last updated November 6, 2026.

This website is operated by Teddy Hodges. When you send an inquiry, I receive the contact details and message you provide so I can respond. When you sign up for Notes from Teddy, I collect your email address so I can send occasional updates.

How information is handled

The website and its forms are hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are stored by Netlify and may be delivered to my email inbox. Hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. Please do not submit medical records, payment details, or other sensitive documents through these forms.

Your choices

Signing up for notes is optional. You can unsubscribe by replying to any update or contacting me. You may also ask me to correct or delete information you have submitted. I keep inquiry information as needed to respond and maintain the resulting working relationship; newsletter addresses remain on the list until you unsubscribe or the list is retired.

Website use

This website does not currently use advertising trackers. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. External links, including LinkedIn, lead to services with their own privacy practices.
