Hi, I’m Teddy. I help leaders connect people, process and technology. As a former CIO, operator and creator, I bring a practical executive perspective to the decisions, systems and work that move a business forward.

As CIO at Conesco, I worked across the technical and human sides of an eight-figure business. Digital infrastructure, ERP/CRM, databases, revenue reporting dashboards, and the brand’s integrity had to connect to the work performed by the team.

My experience spans digital strategy, marketing, branding, revenue, operations and technology. I bring a Swiss Army knife’s versatility to a team: the range to connect disciplines, see how one decision affects another, and step into the work where I can make a difference. I can help shape the strategy, build the systems and work alongside the people putting it into practice.

I’m also an entrepreneur and a named inventor on three issued U.S. patents through BRACEUNDER. Taking an idea from a problem I lived to something I could build taught me to stay close to the need behind the solution.

Today, I bring that perspective to business consulting, revenue engine audits, digital infrastructure and applied AI, launch packages, and fractional CIO/CRO leadership.

The deeper story behind the person

Perspective grown
one day at a time.

Fourteen knee surgeries and the deaths of my brother and a best friend have shaped my perspective, empathy, patience and sense of what matters. I carry that depth into leadership: listen to people to better serve them.

The longer story includes Bali, bodywork, a plan to become a surgeon, three utility patents, and growth with adversity.
